Also, the maid didn't lose Joani, she left her intentionally to see what would happen, thinking to lie low and see who turned up to contact her, thus gaining more intel on who was in the cabal. Her overconfidence was her undoing. Ah! Now it all comes into focus. Her big mistake, which was understandable but still huge, was thinking we wouldn't pick up on the 'multiple-bodies' aspect of her. Hmm... you know, that's not a bad move with what she was working with. Without the example of ScarCrow (and others) what she was up to wouldn't have been obvious. She's probably the only nova on the planet with this power (given that there are dozens rather than thousands of novas) so the obvious assumption is that it's both new and unheard of. Harold is there at her direction then. If I were her, I wouldn't contact him in person wearing the maid's body, it has a one bullet lifespan. And she couldn't have known exactly how long she'd be outside of Joani, so there's some flex time in our schedual. So he shouldn't be expecting that it's all gone bad.

For future use, we could use for the Tribunal: Race of Defendant, Race of Victim(s), and a Random Special. While in theory this works in practice I think we should try to retain a Nova, Baseline, and Psiad as the tribunal make-up. Even if it is a Nova on Nova crime all portions of society need to be represented. Alternately we could use a 5-man panel, with 1 baseline, 1 psiad and nova being compulsory and the 4th and 5th being member of the plaintif's and defendant's category. Re: Daredevils It has been stated by the developer that Daredevils are just regular people with extraordinary skills and/or abilities, they are not superhuman. As for Max, we know he is unquantifiable but do the PCs?
