Is there any chance that this game is looking for additional characters? I would love to play a religious-crazed priest gifted to survive the apocalypse by the Hand of God...

Alex just returned recently but hasn't shown up again since then. He told me in chat he was back. I guess its up to him if the game goes on and if you can join us.
Hum. Yeah, I'm here. Sorry for disappearing. I'm not really looking for more players...I already have one I'm trying to introduce, but a couple from the very beginning haven't shown back up, so...
PM me or pop into chat and we can talk about it.

I know Im not IC but I just read Joani's post and found it amusing that she asked the woman who shot their tires out and laid the trap about who is responsible for it...

She is doing it on purpose. Being obviously the dumb blonde everyone thinks she is at first sight is easier than being straightforward. Violet is trying to estimate how easily she can manipulate the woman.

Walmarts (at least all of the ones I have seen in Cali) don't have a garden center (though they have tools) and they dont have food or groceries (though they often have an internal McDonalds). They have clothes, cosmetics, electronics and media, household supplies like tools, detergents and plastic organizers, greeting cards and similar. They are not full on garden supply in the home depot sense nor are the grocery supermarkets.
The old Wal-Mart in my town definitely had a garden center.

An outdoor one with bags of soil and yard ornaments? Never seen one of those her. Those are always outside of the Home Depots and similar. Are there Walmarts with grocery stores in them too?

In this part of the country almost all walmarts have have the garden center much like the one described in the quesiton. And the Walmart Supercenters have groceries.
I should specify, I live in north texas so by this part of the country, I mean the part where the game is taking place. So unless the Lawton walmart isn't a Supercenter then it should have a grocrey section and a garden center. The propane is usually outside the garden center locked up in a metal cage of sorts.
And until then you can stay the hell outta my OOC thread.
(I am kidding)

Well now... Violet is showing a lot of trust by leaving James alone with a Mega-App woman. Time I think for standard James retreat plan #1. Jump to the roof of a building.

The even more scary answer to the idea that "this wasn't a normal zombie" is that it *was* a normal zombie... it'd just been dead long enough to gain some skills.

Normal zombies come from human corpses. This one had canines too long to be...human.
I'd prefer that explanation to the idea that after a few months (or years) they start getting more dangerous and this guy was just the leading edge of the bell curve.
