Appearance: Blonde hair frames a thin, oval face. Blue-gray eyes sparkle and shine beautifully. She is delicate and willowy in form but moves with an unconscious confidence that she obviously doesn't feel. She prefers to appear in jeans and casual shirts but will dress up as appropriate. She is somewhat quiet and withdrawn, unwilling to be very extroverted.

Known powers: Carver has powerful claws which can cut though almost anything. She is fast and can thicken her skin with a layer of scar tissue for short amounts of time. She can fly but has shown no other special movement powers. Whether she has any other abilities is unknown.

Taint: Carver has low levels of taint, and no visible Aberrations.

Closing Notes: Carver has expressed a desire to go home and is scheduled for a 14-day release. She was given the usual medications.

History: Carver erupted during an assault. A local rapist and pedophile found the teenager on her way home from school. Though she was older than his usual target, he went after her, pulling her into an abandoned house. During the assault, she erupted and killed him. At this time, charges are not being pressed against the seventeen-year-old girl.

Before her eruption, she was the oldest child of a middle-class family in Arizona. Her mother sales real estate; her father works in construction. She has a sister who is just entering high school next fall. She had a loose circle of friends, but was particularly close with one, Shelly Collins. Carver has a young relationship with a James Guhde, a student in her high school.

Psychological analysis: Carver seems to be handling her transition well. She has been meeting regularly with her counselor, Dr. Charles Sakolove, to discuss feelings loss of identity that is common to new novas. Her counselor, a practioner from Carver's hometown of Pheonix, reports that these feelings do not seem extreme, and that Carver should recover well. Dr. Sakolove recommends positive interactions with other novas and as little disruption to her life as possible.

Closing Notes: Carver's enhanced appearance has made her appear to be older than her seventeen years would suggest. The Facility has recommended to Dr. Sakolove that he carefully monitor her self-image issues, as her parents insist on her finishing her senior year in public high school.
