Known Quantum Powers: Aušrinė is most noted for her great beauty, prodigious strength (Vectored Gravitational Field Effect or VGFE), prodigious resistance to harm (Zoria’s Armor), and her Vesper’s Flight and Vesper’s Light abilities.
Aušrine is on record as one of the ten strongest novas in the world, having lifted more than 102,400,000kg using one of Utopia’s patented Hydra Buff Trapbar devices. This strength is temporary and is achieved by generating massive, vectored gravitational bursts that are channeled through her body. As a side effect of this ability, both her relative mass and durability are increased exponentially, and Aušrinė is also on record as one of the heaviest novas in the world, weighing in at a maximum of 69,632kg (though this condition is only temporary, and her normal weight is as listed above). Aušrinė has also demonstrated the ability to extend her control over gravity beyond her own person and generate potent localized gravity fields, even negating gravity entirely within a small area. With her Armor of Zoria activated, she is reportedly durable enough to withstand a direct hit from a 105mm tank shell without harm. Her Vesper’s Flight and Vesper’s Light abilities are arguably Aušrine’s most widely known and iconic characteristics (citation needed), both of which involve a form of bioluminescence causing approximately 11,000 lumens of apparently natural sunlight to emanate outward from her immediate vicinity. When using her Vesper’s Flight ability, Aušrinė has a listed top speed of 350kph, with no given maximum altitude. Witnesses have reported sighting her flying through clear night skies from distances of more than 20 kilometers. (citation needed)

Abilities/Special Skills: Graduated from the Valstybinis informacinės technologijos institutas (State Institute of Information Technology) in Vilnius, Lithuania with a Certificate in Networking (as applied to then revolutionary eufiber Opnet hardware and protocols) and a Degree in Programming, 2002. Studied gymnastics throughout childhood, and even competed at a semi-professional level for a short time before entering college.

Weapons Used: There are no confirmed instances of Aušrinė using any weapons other than her own fists, feet, and quantum powers. Since she left Utopia and began working for DVNTS in mid-2005 however, there have been unconfirmed reports of her using several of the heavy, nova-class weapons favored by DeVries elites.

Appearance and Personality: Aušrinė is of Belarussian descent, and was born in Vilnius, Lithuania. She is known throughout much of the world for her beauty and has routinely made the top 5 of numerous “Word’s Sexiest/Most Beautiful” lists during the years since her eruption, alongside such renowned beauties as Alejandra, Geisha, Narcosis, and Violet Mayhew.

Maxim Magazine has described her sex-appeal as "...the concentrated essence of the greatest Bolly- and Hollywood Sex Symbols as experienced through the lenses of the most potent, lust-stricken, love-filled, and flaw-removing dreams of their most ardent admirers. Aušrinė is known for her quiet, reserved, almost demure personality when in public, which acts in stark contrast to her overwhelming beauty. Those who know her say that in private she is an exceedingly normal young woman, with a very down to earth personality and a wry sense of humor. Critics claim that her fame is based almost entirely off of her looks, and that she has little to offer in the way of personality or charm. (citation needed)

Early Life

Aušrinė Vasiliauskiūtė was born to Daina Vasiliauskienė and Kastytis Vasiliauskas in the Lithuanian capital city of Vilnius. She was named for the Lithuanian goddess of the Morning Star (Venus), the goddess of beauty, youth and health, and the queen of all the stars. [2] Her father was a moderately successful banker who had worked for the Bank of Lithuania since 1976.
At a young age Aušrinė began studying gymnastics, and continued to do so all through her life up until the year 2002, two years before her eruption. In 1996 Aušrinė placed 3rd in an annual gymnastics competition held in Vilnius County and sponsored by the Lithuanian Gymnastics Federation. She placed 19th at a national competition that same year. Aušrinė enrolled at the Valstybinis Informacines Technologijos Institutas when she was 19 and became one of the first to learn the skills of networking with eufiber Opnet technology, as well as earning a degree in computer programming. During this time she also took independent courses in both Japanese and English, having had an interest in Japanese culture from an early age. (citation needed)
In 2002 Aušrinė moved to the Shinjuku special ward of Tokyo, Japan and took a job with Fujitsu Limited working as a developer for its fledgling OpNet Middleware Department. (citation needed)

Eruption

Aušrinė’s eruption took place during the so-called “War of Three Nights and One Morning” that raged through the Kabukicho District in Shinjuku, Tokyo during the first weeks of April, 2004. Her eruption was allegedly simultaneous with that of the notorious nova Kazuo "Kurusu" Kanai, making this one of the few confirmed multiple eruptions on record. (citation needed) Japanese law enforcement has refrained from making the details of this incident public, as has Utopia, due to sensitive information within the case files that affects ongoing investigations into both the HTT and the Nakato-Gumi. (citation needed)

What has been made public is that both Aušrinė and Kazuo "Kurusu" Kanai erupted while fleeing from a battle between novas allegedly affiliated with the HTT and Nakato-Gumi. They subsequently aided Japanese law enforcement in subduing and rounding up some of those responsible, earning national acclaim in the process.

Team Tomorrow Europe

Aušrinė signed on with Utopia less than one month after her eruption, an announcement that was met with much fanfare throughout Japan and much of Central and Eastern Europe. Two months and one day later (the minimum amount of time that T2M Auxiliary members must undergo orientation before being transferred to one of the regional teams) Aušrinė was made a member of T2M-Eu. Critics of both Utopia and Aušrinė herself have pointed to her being pushed through the training and orientation phase of T2M training so quickly (a process that typically takes more than a year to complete) as the primary factor in her resignation from the organization less than a year later.
Almost immediately after her induction to T2M-Eu, her fan following throughout the world exploded. Her immense beauty and sex appeal, combined with her flashy and easily recognizable powers, made her an instant hit amongst novaphiles the world over.

T2M’s War on Crime

During almost the entirety of Aušrinė’s time with T2M-Eu they were engaged in highly successful, and highly publicized raids against the C-Z Megasyndicate. [4] Due to her fluency in Lithuanian, Russian, and English, her immense popularity throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and her virtual indestructibility Aušrinė was used extensively throughout these raids and the public interviews that followed after. Many of those involved in the operation have stated publicly that Aušrinė performed admirably throughout and was considered extremely reliable and effective by her superiors. (citation needed)

Assassination of Parents

In retaliation for these raids, the C-Z Megasyndicate took the fight to known family members of the prominent T2M members involved, attacking them in their homes, at work, while driving, or wherever else they could be gotten to. Though a few individuals were injured by these assaults, none were killed except for Aušrinė’s parents. Daina Vasiliauskiene and Kastytis Vasiliauskas were killed in a car bombing on June 21st, 2005.

Resignation

Aušrinė was granted an extended leave from her duties so she could attend to the funerals of her parents, but within three weeks she had announced her resignation from Utopia and T2M-Eu, citing “personal reasons” as the cause for her decision. [5] Utopia representatives expressed their deep regret at Aušrinė’s decision, but added “we understand and sympathize with her situation, and we sincerely hope that better things await her, wherever she chooses to go from here”. DeVries

Aušrinė first officially announced her status as a DeVries elite during an interview with Maxim Magazine in October of 2005, but it is believed that she signed with DVNTS (DeVries National Tactical Solutions) as early as August 2005. (citation needed) While she has continued to make publicity appearances at parties, charities, and media events, and given a few interviews with various publications and OpNet programs, Aušrinė has only engaged in a handful of publicly broadcasted missions since becoming an elite. In almost every case she has been seen working with Kazuo "Kurusu" Kanai, and there is widespread speculation amongst her fans of a partnership, either professional or romantic (or both), between the two. The Second Kashmir Nova War

During the Second Kashmir Nova War Aušrinė was spotted by N! reporters and others in and around the city of Srinagar [7], alongside novas and fellow elites Kurusu, and January. Aušrinė and DeVries personnel have both declined to comment on these claims, despite the video footage that N! has broadcast over the OpNet which clearly shows the three novas escorting numerous unidentified individuals through Kurusu's trademarked Supe-su no Tuneru warp doors.
Aušrinė and her companions apparently ceased their operations in the Kashmir region before T2M arrived, and there is no record of them detaining her or any of her companions during their successful resolution of the incident. (citation needed)

Vendetta against Crime

Recently (as of 2008) Aušrinė has taken part in numerous missions against the various Criminal Megasyndicates that operate throughout the world, specifically the C-Z and Chinese Triads. (citation needed) It has been suggested by some, including officers of Interpol (citation needed) that Aušrinė may be carrying out a “vendetta against crime”. (citation needed) It should be noted that Aušrinė has yet to be directly linked to any deaths during these operations. (citation needed)

She has modeled for nearly all of the major fashion labels during the past four years, and is currently a favorite for designer specializing in eufiber fashion. In some parts of the world, notably in the West, Aušrinė is almost as well known for her modeling as she is for her status as a former T2M member or current DeVries elite.

Public Image

Since her debut on the World Scene, Aušrinė has been hugely popular, but her image has changed dramatically over the years. Initially perceived as the definition of the stereotypical 4-color, “pure as the driven snow” T2M member, Aušrine’s image suffered when she resigned her position with T2M-Eu, and was muddied significantly when she signed on with DVNTS only a few months afterwards. Since that time however, her public image has rallied and she now enjoys considerable notoriety as a “good girl gone bad” stereotype, with rabid fans the world over wondering just how “bad” she’ll get.
Aušrinė’s fame is more or less global, but it is greatest in Japan and Lithuania, spreading outward from those two countries. Within her own native Lithuania, Aušrinė is easily the most famous nova in the world with a popularity rating of nearly 100%. In Japan her popularity is nearly as absolute. Despite her status as a foreign national, Aušrine managed to capture the hearts of the novaphiliac Japanese during the first weeks after her eruption and her popularity has only grown since then. Recently this has caused some controversy within Japan as her popularity amongst certain demographics (notably males, age 12-35) is equal to, and in some cases higher, than that of any single member of Nippontai.
Her popularity throughout Europe is high, especially in Central and Eastern Europe, and in Russia. Her fluency in both Lithuanian and Russian, and her ethnic Belarussian background only helps in this regard. She is surprisingly popular and widely known throughout both Africa and Asia as well, as she has operated extensively in those areas in her capacity as a DeVries elite.
In the West, in the Americas where she’s been least active, Aušrinė is still well-known, but is a much more peripheral name, especially compared to novas such as Caestus Pax, Divis Mal, Narcosis, Count Orzaiz, and other such luminaries. Most Americans recognize her chiefly from her modeling stints and are largely unaware of her status as a combat elite, though most serious novaphiles in the country are well aware of her background with both Utopia and DeVries.
