Summary:
Davian Layton is the twin brother of Alexis Layton, whom erupted as a nova six months ago at a APK induction after-party (reference file DR 199). Davian has shown neither signs of nova abilities nor any of the usual medical or psychological patterns of a slow eruption. He is being kept under surveillance both for signs of eruption and to study the interaction and progression of a nova/non-nova twin set. He has refused to allow comparative medical or psychological testing, so data is gathered through non-intrusive surveillance only.
