Alexis’ life has been one of privilege and wealth. Her father was the heir to the Layton fortune, which consists of many investments, though the most well-known of these is [url=notalink]Layton Biotech[/url][url=notalink][9][/url]. Beth Layton is the CEO of Layton Biotech, a position that skeptics say she did not earn. She was the Division Manager of Natural Resources when she met Eric Layton. The two began to date, and Beth began to rise in the ranks. By the time they were married June 21, 1987, Beth was the Vice-CEO of Research and Development; when [url=notalink]Noah Walton[/url] retired in 2004, Beth was given his former position[url=notalink][10][/url].

By age six, Alexis had already proven to be the most outgoing of the twins. She was active in early sports and often was in attendance with her father when he held charity events. On September 8, 2007, at the APK (Alpha Rho Kappa) Induction Party, Layton was in attendance with other members of the social group, including her twin brother, Davian Layton. Riley Burnhart had accompanied Leslie Miles to the party, but Layton interceded. The two women went into Miles' room to talk about the situation. Miles became enraged and attacked Alexis. Despite these trivial circumstances, they were sufficienct to trigger an eruption when Alexis thought the other girl was going to kill her. Layton lashed out with energy blasts while simultaneously erecting a force field around her body for protection. Alexis chased the other woman back to the party, herding and harassing her with quantum bolts. At the party itself, she caused a minor panic until she collapsed from exhaustion.

Despite these trival circumstances, they were sufficienct to trigger an eruption when Layton thought the other girl was going to kill her. Layton lashed out with energy blasts while simultaneously erecting a force field around her body for protection. Layton, caught in the euphoria of eruption, chased the other woman back to the party, herding and harrassing her with quantum bolts. At the party itself, she caused a minor panic until she 'ran out of juice' and collapsed.

These two are the chidren of Eric and Bethany Layton, billionarie and scientist respectively. Eric Layton owns a biotech company, Layton Biotechnologies, while Bethany Layton is the current CEO. She worked her way up through the company, a move that was aided by her marriage to Eric Layton. This is the marriage of money and brains. Alexis doesn't appear to have gotten the brains.

Assessment:
This agent doesn't believe that Layton is a greater risk at this time than any other nova. Layton has continued her single-minded fascination with boys, clothing and celebraties.
