From Doug's point of view, he walks back into camp and two people tell him Squid's shapeshifting torture-assassin is 10 feet away from his sleeping girlfriend. Doug's intellect is somewhat limited but he has very high wits. This is someone he'd already decided he wanted dead. So it should be expected he'd respond forcefully.

At least an hour two hours at top speed. Which would be freakin cold (windchill) for those not protected. Also that assumes you can safely maintain top speed as you enter the storm region.

Presumably Doug would be protected from the windchill from his own flight (although not from the storm's effects), but he has zero attune to help anyone else. I think Mega-Stamina 2 would be enough to stay functional in these conditions. His q-pool is getting low, but is still manageable. Visibility might be a real problem depending on the storm's effects.

So he could probably do it. But other than loading up the mule with either people or his stuff, I'm not sure what he could do after he gets there, and we've already proven that his electrical resistance isn't high enough to deal with what's out there.

KB has Adaptability, she could go.

EDIT: Ah fudge. I didn't write down Doug's use of regen. Unless we've had a recharge opportunity he's either out or close to out.

Gregory thinks that Doug has gone crazy. At this point, he won't fly with him out of fear. Gregory does have Adaptability, though I believe the storm is quantum fueled.

Gregory would probably try to produce some construct that could fly him back.

I would say that not more than a hour maybe a hour and a half have passed since you left Newborough.

Seven and Calypso will have regened as normal "loafing" and KB as sleeping but that's it.

Need to consult the books to see just how far hypermovement took Gregory vs. how fast Calypso can move and how long it will take her to catch up.

Needless to say Caly is in limbo for a bit. The rest of you can continue though.

We have the group split in half at the moment though and the half in the clearing is needing to make a decision on whether to stick around and work on sabotaging the bad guys or go home and try to help with the evacuation. Problem with going home is I think that would make matters worse for the city since the storm is pissed. I think that would just make us targets for it's fury. Problem is I hate to make that decision with half the group not there for it.

I sympathize, though in all honesty the only party memebers not present are reachable through Doug (Caly) or fleeing actively (Greg) so I think you ought to be able to move forward. Still your game your choice, I just GM it

Are Quantum Constructs "real" for the time of their creation/existence? To be more precise - does Gregorys horse respond to Annas Animal Mastery? I kept it in the dark in my post, but I'd like to know nonetheless.

It is not real. It is not an animal. It is a mindless construct. It is like a piece of clay, shaped like a horse and animated. While it looks like a horse, it is really only clay. Gregory's constructs are not made of clay, I just used that as an example.

I think there is an extra which would make q-constructs "alive", but as a default they're mindless.

as the intangible nova goes the hideout is about 3-4 miles away so about an hour at a good fast walk

I figured he was going at a run, he's got mega stamina so doing a marathon shouldn't be too big a deal.
