So let me get this straight. You flicker like a tv without cable right?

Do you have any idea how god-damned annoying that is? Sure you're smarter juiced up and you have the right not to dorm, to live up to your potential and shit. By the same token every other student has the right to go to school without having a god-damned broken tv blinking away in the middle of class, distracting all their asses. The teachers have the same right.

I got a couple of suggestions to fix it though. As long as you stay juiced you have a one on one class with whatever teach gets volunteered for the duty. Or you could always take your classes over the opnet. An op-camera in the class is a heck of a lot less disruptive than you blinking in an out I'm sure.

I think her problem, presently, is that she likes her friends from school and wants to continue socializing with them. Home schooling isn't going to solve that.

Of course, I sympathize with her - if someone told me I couldn't enter a building because of my wings I'd glass them in a heartbeat. The law's there for a reason, and from my understanding it's on Flicker's side. If you think it shouldn't be, get involved in the legal process. If your laws were meant to be written in stone, they would be written on stone.

No. I blink in and out of complete tranparency in a random pattern. Visible, invisible, visible, invisible, and so on. I don't give off a bright light or make sounds or have static or snow or anything else. Just there, not there, there, and so on.

I'm just saying everyone in this situations got rights that could get trampled. You telling me 30 other kids have to sit in a situation that could interfere with their own education just 'cause Flicker don't feel like dorming? Who's trampling who's rights now?

Don't get me wrong, I feel for the girl. I spent a year in a Upie facility Moxed to my eyeballs just to finish a prison term so, believe me, I get what she's saying. Just remember that more than her rights are at stake here.

I know this to be true because my QE is harmless--which I already explained to you earlier in this thread--and nowhere near as distracting as anyone makes it out to be. There exists a class of people who make it their business to be offended by everything. The only ones who are messing with me at school are these very same hyper-sensitive crybabies.

I'm back in school, the school board apologized and purged the incident from my record, and we're going forward as if this had not happened. That's because it should not have happened. My rights were trampled, illegally. The school was wrong, I was right, and it's over.

My university plans are still up in the air. I'm not sure how I will proceed. It's a big change, erupting. I might take some time away from school to earn the money I need to let my mom retire, then go back.
