Daniel allowed Jael to take the upper position, it relieved him of the nagging voice in the back of his head that said he was taking advantage of the situation and was being a bad boy. If she was leading it couldn't be wrong. Then she wrapped her legs around his waist and all thought vanished again for a moment. He was 16, the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen in person was straddling him and kissing him as throughly as he'd ever been kissed in his life, and they were float among the stars. It couldn't get any hotter, OR more romantic than this. If she didn't stop him, he sure wasn't going to. The little voice in the back of his head saying he shouldn't was vastly overwhelmed by every other fiber of his being.

If he was thinking he might have been embarrassed that the erection he now had would be very very noticeable to this beautiful girl, but he wasn't thinking and she wasn't objecting. On their own his hands began to explore this beautiful woman.

Jael ran her lips over his neck, smelling his skin - so much better than Jimmy's - and tangling her fingers into his hair - so much softer than Jimmy's. Everything about Daniel was better than Jimmy and there was no way to convince her body to stop, not without some outward interruption.

The cold night wind gusting up her skirt and freezing her exposed ass was enough.

Jael jerked at the chill, which took some of the ardor out of her thoughts. It all rushed back - her boyfriend, the trip to Texas and why she was here. "Daniel," she whispered, surprised to find that her outer shirt was undone and her tank top had been pushed up over her belly. "Daniel, wait..."

Daniel froze instantly and after a second his brain started to work. Damn! What did I do? Crap! He said aloud, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean for this to happen, I was intending to be a gentleman this weekend. You've come all this way to help me out and here I've done this. I'm really sorry." As he said it he disentangled his body from hers and separated a little now that he realized she was flying on her own. He adjusted his own disheveled clothes trying to hide his erection at the same time which was fortunately rapidly disappearing now that the moment was over. "Geez, I hope we can still be friends, I'd really like that."

Jael shivered a little as his warm body moved away. She was sure that she was making the right decision, but her libido wasn't as sure. Still, Dr. Sakolove's programming stayed strong, and she was able to continue to say no. "Absolutely," Jael said, blushing a little as she answered his remarks about friendship. "I think you're fun to hang out with, and we shouldn't let this little interlude interfere with that."

Jael turned in the air, tucking her tank top back into her skirt and buttoning up the sheer overshirt. After a moment, she turned back around, straightening her clothing and glad that girls didn't have to mess with visible signs of arousal like boys did. "So... what now?"

Daniel smiled, "Uh, I guess we go back and get the car and take it home. After that, if you don't mind, I'd love to fly with you. I've been wanting to learn to fly ever since I erupted." He reached out a hand to her and smiled when she took it. They flew together back down to the parking lot and got into the car. Several kids from the school were watching as they came in for a landing. Daniel just smiled and waved at them before they drove off.

Jael sighed and settled back against the seat, slowly unwinding. There was a knot of tension in her stomach - or maybe lower - that was still tight. Clenching parts of her body still made them tingle, and there was a part of her that wanted to start what they had ended.

"Wow... that was... so, what now?" Jael asked, turning her head on the headrest to look at the handsome boy next to her. "Party or home?"

Daniel smiled at her words. At least it wasn't just him that felt that way. "Yeah, it was... definitely. I'm glad you stopped it though. I wouldn't want to be a regret. But, if you ever change your mind or your situation changes so that I wouldn't be something you'd feel guilty about, I'll be happy to pick up where we left off." He turned to her and grinned.

"So, I'm thinking we'll take the car home and then we can hit Ryan's party, or fly around Dallas and see the sites. I've never seen the city from the air. You are the guest, have any preference?"

Jael thought about the party, and how she'd be expected to keep up the charade. Her lips pursed as she compared it with flying around with the one person who know who she really was. And she did entertain one last thought about slidding over onto Daniel's lap and doing things she'd only dreamed about. But she had a leash, and it was tight around her mental neck as she dismissed the idea.

"Let's go flying," she said softly, "if you don't mind not hanging with your friends. That sounds like fun."

Daniel smiled sadly, "None of those people are really my friends. They are people I have to deal with at school, but the ones at the party are not my friends. My friends, from before I erupted wouldn't be invited to the part, they are the cool kids." He smiled brightly then, "Besides, I've been working for weeks on learning how to fly. There's nothing I'd rather be doing right now than flying with you." There was just the slightest hesitation before he said that, but his grin said it was ok.

The night passed far too quickly for Daniel, but before it was over they'd seen Dallas in a way that no others could have. Perching on the tops of the tallest buildings in the city and watching all the lights. Before they finally headed home in the early hours of the morning, Daniel said, "I've always loved looking at the city lights at night. I remember flying into Dallas once at night and just staring out of the window of the plane mesmerized by the view. Been wishing I could fly ever since." He smiled a weary smile and led the way quietly through the house. At the door to the guest bedroom he paused and leaned in and kissed Jael on the cheek. "Thanks for everything."

The next morning he drove her to the airport, but he hated goodbyes and didn't really say much. As he dropped her off at the terminal, smiled and gave her a warm hug, "I hope you don't get in any trouble for the weekend. I'm probably going to hear about last night from my parents. If the school called about the scene at the dance, I'll probalby be grounded for a couple days, but it won't be bad. They really only go through the motions since I erupted." He looked just a little sad about that, but then finished, "Anyway, I hope you have a good flight back. Since we can both fly, I'll be happy to meet you sometime to go flying."

"Sure," Jael said, returning the hug warmly. "Thanks so much for everything. I had a ton of fun, and you bought me clothing. That's a win for me."

Giving him a last wave, she stepped into the terminal and boarded her plane. Her lingering doubts were carefully hidden, thanks to her remaining affection for Jimmy and Sakolove's meddling. But they were there, waiting.
