History: Troy was born on Long Island, in Levittown. His father was a hard-working construction manager, and his mother was a homemaker. At the age of 15, Troy joined the football team at the local high school. His parents were proud of their only child. He was a second-string linebacker, but that didn’t stop him from becoming an honor roll level scholar. Whenever career day was held, he always gravitated to the Police officers. Troy had an innate respect and love of the law. At the age of 18, after he graduated from high school, he was drafted and sent off to the war in Vietnam. During basic training, he expressed an interest in serving with the MPs. After a few months on the front lines, he was transferred to the MP battalion attached to his regiment. There he got training in law enforcement that would serve him for the rest of his life. After the war, he was Honorably discharged from the army. He was then recruited heavily by the NYPD. His time in the NYPD was unspectacular, but he did make it to detective before his retirement. The one highlight of his career was a very large drug bust during the waning years of his career.
After his retirement from the NYPD, Troy started a Private investigator firm on Long Island. His firm was hired by many different people from all walks of life. However, the majority of his cases were “Infidelity” cases, where one of the people in a relationship suspected the other of cheating. Most of the time, this feeling was borne out by the evidence he gathered. Recently, Troy erupted after being shot, but only he is aware of who shot him, and he’s not telling anyone what happened. What is known, is that he was in his office, when a shot rang out. When the police arrived, they found Troy, in a pool of blood, but with no obvious wounds. His skin coloration caused the police to call Project Utopia, and get him taken to the Rashoud Facility in Midtown Manhattan by ambulance. The doctors there were able to revive the unconscious Troy and after providing the police with some general details, he decided to stay at the facility until he was sure of what happened to him. While there, he was tagged with the nickname of Blood Tiger, due to his new coloration in nova form. Eventually, he learned how to shut off the flow of energy to his node and “Dorm” down. He recently was released from the facility to little fanfare. His newfound abilities are now helping to get higher-profile cases than just “infidelity” cases. His agency is expanding, and growing, and his profile is getting higher.
