Info for you guys to help with the current situation.
You guys know that in the original timeline, part of what made Divis Mal who he was, was the fact that he was attracted to Max, but that the attraction was never reciprocated. That does not seem to be a problem in this timeline, Max has not reciprocated here either, and is in fact married. He and Michael have remained very close friends however, and Max is aware of Michael's attraction. Michael is a homosexual in this timeline as well, and as far as you guys know has never married or had relations with any women.

Joani, I'd think it'd be a Charisma or Manipulation+Rapport roll. I have a response if you're willing to let the scene continue without a roll (it's not an absolute relent to questions asked, which is why I haven't just posted), but I'm happy to go either way.

I'm just trying to soothe Kyria - as of now you could as well be dangerous to us. I missed adding my fame to that - I trust in your response without a roll, its not that important to me. Just take into account that Joani has a Fame of 5 being known as Supergirl around the globe.

I have been playing Davian and Eve on the 200X boards (my roommates have been on N!Prime for a while and convinced me to give a try when the new board opened up), but I don't know if I'm going to continue playing on that board. I've had a bit of an issue with one of the moderators (not Fox ) that makes me wary of continuing there and my roomies and I have been kicking around an idea for a board that's something between the open play of the 2010/2018/200X boards and the more traditional style group play of boards like this one. So, I might try running with that idea and seeing if it pans out. I really like N!Prime, and have a great deal of fun playing so far.

Funny you should mention that... During the discussions for 200x mention was made for starting a new board based on the idea that N-Day happens now in 2008. My idea would be to run it as a cross between the boards and an ST run game, with me being the ST. That way changes can occur to the setting and such without fear that someone is just going to get crazy with things like has happened from time to time in the 2018 boards.

That would be a question to answer depending on what the majority wanted to do. I'd be ok with that, but I think being N-day and all it might be better to start at 30 or 40 but allow for somewhat faster progression. I was also thinking of waiting until 200x had gotten on it's feet before posting a call for interest so as not to draw strength away from the new board in it's formative days. Probably wait another month or so.

Our idea was actual to start later in the timeline, in 2025, to play around with the 'grey space' in the Abberant to Trinity timeline, and allowing a scaled character creation set. So people could have one high powered character, one mid, two standard, and as many little nova (Q3 max, like 10 NP's to start) as they wanted. It allows for a spread of power levels and for writers to explore different character concepts with ease. At least, that was the starting idea.

Fox...the N Day sounds particularly cool since Du0 straight up dropped the game he started. I friggin love my character from that one! He was built on 34 NPs I think (Du0 added a D10 roll to a base of 25.) Im down for whatever.

I'm writing up a proposal to show Chosen at the moment. I've got a little over two pages of it written up so far and am mostly going through rules right now to cover 2nd and 3rd gen characters.

I would like to have a look at it if you're ready to go. Same goes to Fox. Though I tend more towards the N-Day game since I got a character already set up for that (Du0s game...)

Nah, no flipping. This is exactly what I expected to happen. Hoped for actually. Makes for good character introduction. I'm very pleased with it so far.

As for the games, My big concern at the moment is that the player base isn't big enough to sustain all the new games. We have 200x that just started, End of the Universe starting, and now it looks like we might have 2 new boards. I would hate for people to have to choose between good options which I think would make whatever was chosen less successful than it otherwise would be. I like the sound of the game Kyria is proposing too. I've never played in a game that was set during the build up to the aberrant war.
