Okay. I've narrowed down my choices for which faction to join to three. I've already gotten the recruitment speech from Project Utopia. I'm interested in hearing about the other groups I'm looking into. I'm looking at the Teragen, to hear about their philosophy from one of their own mouths, instead of from the media. I'm also looking into the XWF, but my powers lean defensively, so i'd probably end up a jobber there. It still could be fun, though. If you are a terat who is willing to discuss philosophy, please PM me here on the site. Also, if you are a utopian who has some experiences to share, please PM me. I'm looking at a crossroads, and I want to know all the options I find tolerable.

You're shitting me, right?

First, you didn't even mention Devries and if you haven't even listened to them then yer fuckin nuts.

Two, Teragen? If you are even half interested in Utopia how the FUCK can you be interested in the Teragen? And if you are really, really willing to give the Teragen a good shake how the FUCK would Utopia be wanting your ass?

Bro, this is your fucking life and shit you're talking about. It ain't pickin a date to the Spring Fling. I know I'm hardly the motherfucker to be testifyin' to being all serious and shit but c'mon, grow up a little!

"Independent" is kind of fun, too.

Ok, so now that I'm no longer a nova in baseline clothing, I guess I need to start thinking about this as well. I know about Utopia and don't trust them as far as I can throw them. Hmm, I can throw em pretty far, but you know what I mean. Utopia is out, I have no interest in them at all after being poked and prodded for the last week. I didn't have so bad a time as Sean did, but still. Mysterious doctors showing up in the middle of the night telling you the meds are going to have side effects but not telling you what they are, and making mysterious offers of instant healing if only you'll give consent for procedures they won't give you any info about. Bah!

Vile Bill,

1. I don't particularly like Devries. The recruiter they sent to talk to me was asking me all about my abilities. When he found out that I was tough and strong, and that's it, he kind of shut up. It was kind of insulting.

2.a. Utopia hasn't been bad to me, and the teragen philosophy as espoused by Count Oraziz has some points that ring true to me, but I don't hold with Terrorism, and I do want to help people. So i'm kind of torn between the two.

2.b. The people at the facility stated that they want me to explore my options before I decide who I wish to become associated with. I consider this exploring my options. If they don't want someone who has heard out the teragen and decided AGAINST it, I don't see how that should cause utopia to cease wanting me to join. However, most of the jobs that Utopia wants me for are combat-oriented. And I don't like combat. The are a couple of other options, in Utopia that I'd go for.

Well, if it does you any happiness I can let you know that you writing this has likely gotten the insulting motherfucker fired.

You got a bad apple and you can count me sorry cuz I take a lot of fucking pride in workin for Devries and that's not just cuz I'm as fucking cool as I am it's because the Lady runs a class organization. Not just for headcrackers like me and bipedal fucking death like Totentaz but for regular folks that don't dig the blood and the fire.

If'n you want a real view of the D then give another call. Let em know you ain't some thug and you want a true glimpse of the greatest place to work for on Earth.

I'd like to know the basics of the Teragen philosophy and get a chance to discuss things in detail in person.

I might be able to arrange such a thing, if not with myself, then with someone I trust to be an equally valid ambassador for the group I represent. What is your area of travel, Dozer?

Dozer,

I have to ask this. You haven't even been a nova for a full three weeks yet, and you're already looking to join a nova organization? Why the rush? Don't you have an inclination just discover what it means to be a member of Club Novus for yourself before someone else tells you what it means to them?

I'm not saying you shouldn't consider these groups, but you seem in a real big hurry to become part of one.

Well, maybe he's just a joiner at heart?

Me, I kinda understand. I had a group of buddies in school I hung with and when I was offcially badass enough I was in a 1% club as soon as possible. I like being in a group. Like-minded motherfuckers are good company.

That won't be necessary, Dozer. I can arrange something more convenient that won't require the cumbersome purchase of a plane ticket. I'm a wee bit swamped at the moment, but if ye can hold on for a week or so, I'm sure I could arrange something.
