Dan waits patiently, grabbing one of the dufflebags off the rack and takes some packs of clean socks and underwear in it.
"Well Lorraine, Is there still ammunition in the sporting department, are there any firearms?" He tries to be somewhat sociable. "So what happened to the enclave?"
"Im sorry if I sound like the spanish inquisiton, But I need to know what resources we have available here. Did your Enclave raid the locked storerooms in the back for computers, and firearms are they still back there?' The last question seemed very important to him. The entire time he never left where he could see the changing room, and kept all his sense in tune for any signs of life or unlife.
He pulls out the radio and calls out on the frequency they used for communications between vehicles in the convoy. "Fox, this is Hawkins. I'm in the Walmart inside the town. I've got a survivor and a possible source of tires, foodstuffs, and ammunition. What's your situation, over?"

"Yeah, there's guns 'n' stuff in the sporting department. I dunno about computers....we'd take ammo 'n' canned food, and wire cutters, nails, stuff like that."
She doesn't answer his question about the enclave, and after a moment she emerges, in clean clothes if not clean herself, dressed in a grey long-sleeved shirt and a pair of jeans. She looked him in the eyes, trying to get his measure. There was a nervous shiftiness to her movements; Dan was an intimidating man. "The enclave's good as dead. I ain't ever goin' back there. I'd rather die."

"Yer tellin' me," she said dryly. "So is there a spot for me in your 'civilized place'?" She looked around and picked out an SIG P226 and matching ammunition.

Cal managed to shut his mouth and nodded frantically, nearly leaping back into the car and strapping himself in, following Morgan rather slowly to dodge abandoned cars and other road hazards.
In the air, Morgan could see the rest of the crew edging into the city.
((James, Priest and Co.))
They caught up with the convoy easily, as it began to trudge into town. Priest had a clear view of Morgan flying in their direction. Meeting him in the middle, however, was going to be difficult: the roads were clogged with vehicles and discarded objects. A route through would have to be careful and possibly more trouble than it was worth...but it looked possible.

James thinks for a moment then says with a smile,
"Trying to destroy the world? Erica..." James waves his hand vaguely towards some zombies, "...there's lots of dead people to kill if you feel the need."
"And there's a saying, if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem." James sighs and continues, "You have so much potential." She laughed at that. "The world will destroy itself, James, with or without my help. There isn't any magic cure. Haven't you noticed everything getting worse? There were signs, before this happened, that things were Not As They Should Be. But everyone ignored them. I ignored them. No more. As you said...if you aren't part of the solution, you're part of the problem. And this is the solution. The 'final solution' if you like." Her smile was oddly brittle. "What did you think your neato powers were for?"

"What did you think your neato powers were for?" James shrugged helplessly. He was seriously unhappy about this... *No choice. No, I have choices, they're all just worse. Let her go and she'll come back, probably not against 'me' but the girls aren't bullet proof. Try to reform her and I'm stuck to her wrist until she gets free. Violet saw this coming like 2 minutes after they met. That's why she left on the truck, she didn't want to see how it ends.*
*...*
*Fine. That's my job and it's been a crappy day already. Maybe I can get V to cheer me up later. What a damn shame.*James replied, "Well..." *Something like this I guess.*James drew her in close with both arms then brought his full superhuman strength to bear and tried to pressure his murderous blade into her back. (Clinch Attack, with Claws making it lethal damage. Should be automatic since he was already holding her. Unless something unusual happens he'll continue till she's dead.)

Dan took hold of Loraine and smiled. "They're here, C'mon." He takes her hands and flies back down into the store. Together they make their way to the Automotive area and Dan takes hold of the door into the garage and rips the door from its hinges. He looks back to Lorraine. "Don't worry, I work out alot."
Lorraine is mostly silent, perhaps in shock, as she allows Dan to lead her on. Eventually she seems to recover, a bit of colour returning to her sallow cheeks. She nods. "Eat a lotta spinach?" she asked dryly. Dan nodded and climbed up on top of the truck and helped Lorraine do the same. Up here we have a clear field of fire, if it's dead and moving take its head off, it's that simple." With that he floated up into the air and took an overwatch with his battle rifle, actively scanning the area for any undead. Lorraine gritted her teeth and cocked her Sig, scanning the area unprofessionally but carefully. There are several undead in the immediate area and more farther off, too distant to shoot very accurately. The bitch of it is that the sound of gunfire will alert the others, who in turn will attract others, until a huge chain is slowly formed. The only way to deal with that is to nip it in the bud and limit the area of attraction, change location, or just exterminate every single one.

James thought, *No wallet but he keeps his keys? Maybe the other bozo has an idea where his cache is.* James put the keys and the paper in his pocket. Dan calls up on the radio. "We got any other fliers in the group I've got an idea to buy us some time, but it's gonna take more than just me." James sent back, "I'm on my way and I'm feeling pretty pissed off. If you need a diversion I'd love to start a fight somewhere."

"Roger that, just be ready to jump way the hell off when I give the signal. They may not be able to hurt you, but five gallons of pressurized propane going off might. I'd prefer not to chance it."
