ronin Nova Registered: 11/17/02 Posts: 692 Loc: Nowhere	To be brief, I've been gone for about the last month because my life got thrown into upheaveal and I had to leave the state with a great deal of haste, followed immediately by three weeks of wandering around the US visiting old friends. Anyway. I'm in New York now, and I'll probably be here for awhile. So I guess you could say I'm back. Sorry to leave as suddenly as I did. .ronin _________________________ War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling, which thinks nothing is worth war, is much worse. A man must have something that is worth fighting for.

Both of us were sort of 'Wise Old Men' of the forum (alongside others), and both of us were possessed of the same general temperament.
