The_Fool (aka Overload) has petitioned the mods for a one-time exception to the rules of the 200X Bible. He wishes to participate in the 200X setting with a pair of characters which have been crafted in such a way that they are inseparable.

The 200X Bible specifies that one new character was allowed within the first 30 days of the launch of the forum, and another character at any time in 2008. That 30-day window has passed. Despite that, by a unanimous decision, the moderators have decided to approve The_Fool's petition.

The_Fool is allowed two new character creation credits. One is to be used as soon as possible. The second is to be used approximately 4 months after the use of the first.

In every other regard, The_Fool is bound by the same rules as all of us, and he is encouraged to remember that his participation has been granted despite past misdeeds which give some people reason for concern. Everyone is encouraged to work with The_Fool as a peer and to grant the benefit of the doubt.
