OK. This is going to come out like criticism, and I guess it is, a bit... but constructive. I love the game, I wouldn't trade a single character or player for the world. That said, if you want me to post in your thread, please end your post with an 'action, outcome uncertain'. I know that sometimes you just want to say, 'and then I went to sleep', but honestly what am I supposed to do with that? 'And then you wake up, 8 hours having passed'? I am the world... Do something to or in the world, and I will tell you what happens. Do NOT get me wrong... I feel some of my best stuff has come from trying to post when it doesn't really feel like my turn, but it's getting harder to come up with the good stuff! So, help a tired old broken down ST out, will ya? Thanks!

Understood, sir! At present, Juno's heading to meet the others in Klaus Von Klausenstein's room. I'll post her arrival shortly. I just figured I'd leave it open at first to see if anything went disastrously awry on the way. Courier - Once Juno's older and better trained she'd make a really good secret service person, but for now, probably not.

Hi guys. Quick explanation: I resigned my position at work this morning. One of my managers was sexually harassing an employee, and when I turned it in to HR, I was told that it was just 'hijinks'... because the manager was a woman and the employee a man. The consensus at Home Office was that it was 'probably' consensual, and what's the big deal anyway? The employee was transferred to another district (he resigned and is suing the company), the manager was assigned a 30 minute computer course on sensitivity training. When I complained about the outcome, I was told that I can expect a full audit of my district, and I could expect to be held responsible for any exceptions(discrepancies) found. I felt this to be a bit thuggish, and since they were threatening my job, indirectly (presumably to get me to back off to protect it), I saved them the trouble and quit. I DO need a job, however, so I will be job hunting... That said, this is why I didn't post yesterday, and will not be posting today. On the upside (for you guys, at least), I will have time to post more often here for a week or two, while I figure out where I will crashland. Thanks for understanding, and yes it sucks a big one. Wraith is very supportive, and my kids (Kayla and Skye) were thrilled to have Daddy home today. I am resisting the urge to plot revenge...

I don't know.
I kinda like em. The author did a great job and should be commended and awarded bonus XP or NP or something. 200 or so should be a sufficient.
With the exception of Jaunt, which is more an RP power than having any practical use, the other two Extras have been reviewed by the players of RPG-Post and already found to be quite balanced.
Jaunt, it was recommended, should just be a level 2 power, I thought maybe a Level 1 power since TP is already Level 2 and Jaunt is useless in combat, stressful situations and the range is incredibly limited (by comparison). It's strictly a flair power. This is a change I wouldn't mind making spending XP or NP on a purely RP-style power doesn't bother me in the slightest.
I'll make what changes Titan asks me to.
I will note that I'm against making Mass Transit a 'general rule' avail to all players. It's an extra that makes the nova's capabilities unique. If novas want to Mass Transit via TP, they should come learn how from the nova who developed it. It promotes character interaction and role playing and prevents the bandwagon crowd from immediately trying to take advantage of something new being introduced.
Those are just my opinions on the matter. I'll settle for 100 or so if Titan thinks 200 is too steep.

If you crunch the numbers, you will find that the difference in net successes between the three methods is negligible. It is actually more of a stylistic choice, rather than any statistical advantage. That is, whether you are rolling 9 dice, and four of them can get you 2 or three successed each, or only rolling 5, but a success is on a 3 or higher, your average number of successes per roll doesn't change.
Re:Jaunt - My gut tells me that this should be a 'special effect' of the teleport power anyway. I need to roll this one around in the noggin some more, but I suspect that I'm gonna let you have this one free, just as a 'pulled' power effect
Re:Flicker - Originally I thought I was gonna object to this one for the same reasons already stated. But the fact is, it doesn't quite do what Quickness does, and it doesn't quite do what Combat Teleport does, nor does it replicate a combination of the two. It seems like a less expensive way of duplicating the two effects, balanced by taking the hit on accuracy. I'll allow it as is.
Re:Transit - I agree with Courier that it should probably translate into a standard rule for attunement, but the mechanics lend themselves spectacularly well to teleport, specifically. So, I'll allow it as is, and kudos on a fantastic job.
Jaunt, take 2xp for your efforts, and a hundred pats on the back.. (That comes out to 2 hundred, right?)

Question: does Jaunt have Q6 so he can potentially take all of these? If so I would recoomend taking Tport + RQC + Combat Tport which would still cost 1 QP per jump/attack in addition to any points you spend on quickness to be able to do mutiple tport attacks. This would be fairly balanced IMHO and within the scope of a Q 6 character. No, Jaunt is not Q6. Quickness does not permit the use of powers with its extra actions. Also, teleport (even with combat teleport) remains a "Multiple Actions: No" power. Combat teleport helps for short distances to escape attacks in the form of dodging by 'blinking' the user out of harms way. The user may make multiple dodge attempts with it (since the extra states you may). It does not (based on the description of the power and the extra) make the power a "Multiple Actions: Yes" power. And thank you Titan. Now I don't have to kill you.
