I just finished my last final and I've completed half of the hardest parts of law school! Hence, I'm freaking estatic and I wanted to share the joy.

That's awesome. Congrats.

Yea, I'm a 1L. Theoretically, I am now competent in the areas of criminal and tort law and somewhat competent in contracts and civil procedure.

But, as ethics and laws force me, I am in no way shape or form able to provide practical legal advice without the supervision of a licensed attorney until I pass the bar. However, that doesn't mean I'm immune to academic questions about the law, which my professors made me suffer over the past two weeks.

Good work. I'm a bit empathetic (and more than a little scared), since I'll shortly be in Law School myself.

It must be contagious. That would explain the proliferation of lawyers in America.
