"Anything's possible. I know we're trapped in here seemingly regardless of how we try to get out, and it seems no one has any real idea what is going on."

"Maybe everyone's looking in the wrong spot..."

Roxanne muses out loud. "If it's covering the city equally, maybe people should try and figure out where it's origin point is. Maybe it's in the center of the radius of the anomaly around the city."

Ryan nodded, "That might make sense, but how would we be able to tell let alone do anything about it?" Are you like me? Are you special too? Maybe we can find the source and stop this if we work together. Ryan hesitated, he didn't want to expose himself as a mutant or whatever he was to people he didn't know. At least not until he knew he could trust them. The paragons hadn't had the warmest reception by all, and he wasn't about to get lynched just for being who he was.

"Well I can generally tell when a person is lying anywhere around me, and when they're trying to keep something a secret. Thus far everyone I've come into contact with is simply been a mix of the mundane. To be honest it's all getting kinda boring."

"Well, we can tell that that thing - " She waves towards the distortion at the city limits. "Is not supposed to be there. Maybe it'll be equally obvious at the center if there is something there. Can't hurt to check. it beats sitting around doing nothing."

"Allright, well then let's go." Ryan stopped suddenly though, "Anybody got a car? I didn't drive over here today..."

"I have a jeep we can ride in about a block away, we can use it." With That Abel leads them to his jeep and climbs in, waiting for the others.

Roxanne hops in after him.
