Okay, keep your pitchforks down. Let me tell you guys why I just pulled what I did.
1: I needed to illustrate the weakness of the arguements that the different nova cults out there have.
2: I was bored, and, while reading the posts from my esteemed colleagues in the past, I noticed that a conversation on a thread was falling into a rut... So I came up with a plan.
3: The trolling was planned. As soon as I saw the opportunity, namely Widget's musings on the nature of things, I felt that, since we have tread that ground here before, I should take it upon myself to save you guys from more moaning and navel-gazing. Hence, Endeavor going the neo-technohippie route.
4: Although I did this for my own amusement, I did so with no malice to the management here, or to those involved. I got a twinge of something I used to take great pride in when I was younger.



I know I've probably pissed Widget off. A person who I actually hold in high esteem. I just needed to change the impending tone by setting up something I was saving for a later date. Widget just left out the perfect setup. It was all in fun, and I am truely sorry for what I did. Widget, can you forgive me?

While your looking back into the archives, look over Jack Chance's talk about his views on temporal manipulation. It is insightful in as much as he is right about so many things, but wrong about one of the most important things. Please, take a look and think it over.

Actually, Widget and I share alot of thoughts on what's what. I do need to see those Temporal threads. But, widget was right on several things. Perhaps I do lose myself in a fantasy of my own creation. But, why is it that I do my best not to, yet fall in so far?

Could you clarify what you mean by troll? This is a term you, and you alone, frequently use. I'm not certain I understand what you are trying to illustrate.

It's an old term. It means someone who starts a debate, or flame war, by baiting someone into it. Or in my case, feeding the flames.
