For me,to tell you the meaning of life,I would either be unable to properly convey the words,or you may be unable to understand the meaning.What I am trying to say,is that I think,not only must the teacher be able,the pupil must be ready.Like all things truly worth knowing,one must let the knowledge flow in,rather than forcing it down.One must,take parts,of ideas and let them form greater wholes.

But,then again we all have find some things on our own.

It is held by some that, to be effective, the teacher must be willing to learn as well as the pupil to teach. I hold this to mean at the extreme that the all-knowing teacher is no longer capable of instructing.

One need to look no further than novas of great skill or knowledge to see an example of this.

You misunderstood the meaning.Half of learning is teaching.This doesn't mean half of teaching is learning.It is a rather common mistake.Rather like the saying have your cake and eat it too.

Why would you have a cake,if you weren't going to eat it?The proper saying is"To eat your cake and have it too".

But back to learning,and teaching.Lerning can be a one way flow of data.I am not saying this is the best way,,but look at punlic school.Indead schools as a whole.We see teachers standing in front of classes of students,who passively hear the teacher speak.They may read,and they may do other things along those lines,but they are mainly passive.In no way,are they teaching the teacher anything.Now, this is not the best way to learn,but it works.

As for the ideals that the teachers should learn,,then I say yes.They do not have to,but learning something new, rarely hurts.

So,wile that saying in order to learn,one must teach, is pleasant.It is not wholistic true.It just happens to be better than the other practical means.

If we might focus more on the matter at hand and less on a fascination with baked goods? Be so kind as to direct your attention thusly; we - you and I - continue to play our part in proving the very point presented to you.

It is a sad state, para provar uma idéia despised, yet no less true for that.

The best teachers inspire others to learn ... either about the world, or themselves.
There are a multitude of pitfalls and mistakes out there, and a good teacher can figure out which ones need to be experienced, and which ones you can protect others from.

There are 3 ways of learning something.

1: Being taught. Tried, True, and probably the safest and most efficient way of learning.
2: Teaching Yourself. It works, but mistakes can cause inadequate or inaccurate results.
3: Just doing it and letting experience teach you. The most mistakes and troubles happen here. Don't trust a brain surgeon who learned this way. ~.^
