Ally, I think your heart is in the right place but a good deed is not something we can agree on. I do a good deed by killing people. I remove those who would kill,oppress or exploit others.
I could go back a 80 years and see my great grand father protecting people by putting people into interment camps. His Grand father marched women and children across the great plains. They both were doing good deeds. They both were protecting people.
I understand that I am not a hero, and that I kill mothers,sons, sisters, fathers, daughters, brothers and friends. I do what I do, because if it wasn't me,it would be someone else,and they would do worse job.
Then again if you believe you can make a world a better place, by all means do so. By all means take actions into your own hands. i just hope you do not burn out and become what you fear the most.
