Well, a lot of decomposition happens do to your from the way your blood act, remove a few pints of it and you would be a amazed what the body does. Still, I would say that refrigeration also helped. Siberia is not know for it's heat. I was there for two weeks. Well, more like 2 months but the first month and half were spent inside. I spent some time back in the states in a morgue and then about three days in a box. As for your eruption. Great you feel that you are cheated. How about now looking at those that are just dead. You can get better. Things can improve for you. So you want to have empathy from those around you? That's human. You are scared of being hurt again. That is also human. You blame the masses because what a few did. Still something that is human. So you can take your life as it and not take any risk by trusting those who have offered help or you can do what you are doing now. Either is fine by me, just stop your whining and take what the world has for you.

I've been dead for ten years. I have been dead in the bottom of a bottle for a decade while on the streets. Inhumanity killed my soul and I filled it with alcohol. Now as a Nova, I can't kill that death with alcohol anymore, and see the truth about humanity. I realize that goodness doesn't exist in the soul of man, for they put novas to death in their wars, while they slaughter one another every day.
Still, my mind is filled with the victims of humanity and they stare back at me with blank, unblinking eyes and, and.......No,nooo!

White Rat, if you look for evil, you will find it. If you refuse to see the good, you will definitely miss it.
You were in pain. You are still in pain. The difference is that now you have the power to act on your perceptions.
FYI, the leading cause of nova death is another nova. Don't assume novas are being led like sheep into slaughter. The sad truth is that they exactly what they are doing. If they can't use baseline causes as an excuse, they will find another.

Evil and good are concepts of human morality. However, I do concede to your point. It is not that I search for evil, but that evil was thrust upon me and, like a parasite, has fed upon my mind. I don't even know if I understand "goodness" anymore, or of what benefit it serves. Someday, maybe, that might change.
Are you in pain? Do you know what it is like to live in pain? What would you do with that power if pain was all you remembered or understood.? It is not so much that nova deaths disturb me. What bothers me is that they are dying for monkeys. If two novas want to duel to the death, for their own reasons or ideals, that is their decision. I just resent that they die for such human concepts as nations, religions and laws.
There are some novas that I would not mind purging from our ranks. I think they make nova-kind look weak and "human".

Bic, I have forsaken humanity because I have witnessed humanity destroy its own children. "Humanity" destroyed my soul. There may come a time when we as novas may be forced to confront man's humanity as they seek to apply it to us. As Divis Mal said in the Null Manifesto: - "...Regulations and laws enacted for the good of Homo sapiens are too easily subverted and misinterpreted to abuse the rights of novas, who are required by destiny to attain their full potential - a goal impossible while abiding by strictures set by beings who are not one's peers and who cannot accurately judge what is "ethical" or "moral" for anything other than their own species."
I would agree. Jager, I used "purging" to illustrate that I too have no compunction in killing another nova, should I feel it justified. Some novas may choose to take care of their pets, so being a baseline-phile is not enough to warrant such a sentence. Those who do deserve such a fate, are those novas who actively work, as agents of baselines, against my rights as an individual nova, in order to impose human morality on me. Aspects of humanity I follow will be of my own choosing, not theirs, nova or otherwise.
