1: That bird is a threat to himself and others. Now, if he showed, and actually behaved like a civil and sentient creature, I wouldn't have any problem with him.

2: I'll say it now, Wakinyan needs to turn himself in. That's the only way things will move in a favorible direction for all Novas. Have you seen the news lately? Hell, Japan and India might start re-thinking how they view Novas in a while.
