Um....hon?

If I'm a fan of DC Comics and resident in the Aberrant Universe, would I see that the comic character's life and your character's life mirror each other down to name and appearance almost completely?

It is one thing you use a pic of a comic book character as an image for your character or to even base a concept off of a concept used in a comic, but to use the comic character, background, powers and everything virtually word for word is another all together.

I think we all try for more originality and I am sure there are many here, myself included, who would be more than happy to be there to bounce ideas off of to help you out.

Don't take it badly Prometheus. Like someone else said, "You know not who walks these halls". Some are legal types that get paid to patrol the web looking for copy right infringements. It would suck for the site to get mired in that. Informal homage is usually cool but direct use is something the big two companies get upset about.
