Can you give me a mechanics example of how this works?
For instance? Is it willpower vs. App+M-App. in a contested roll?
Is it Willpower compared to M-App+App, or just M-App.?

It's Willpower compared to just Mega-Appearance (meaning that, unless the Mega-Apperance is very high, the automatic "I'm out of his/her league" reaction won't be terribly common).

The contested role is Willpower vs (Appearance + Mega-Appearance).

It was in Forceful Personalities, it looks good, is suitably cool (and cruel), so I'm for it.

I think this would have been more appropriate (and thus more versatile) under Mega Charisma (maybe as 'Just Friends'). That having been said, it's a very specialised effect, and not overly powerful. That feels appropriate, given the stat it's enhancing.

The only addition I'd make (and I don't think it's necessary, but just something in case the GM doesn't think of it) would be a note that the effects of a botch with this power could have some very uncomfortable side effects.
