As was suggessted, this got moved to its own thread. Here's a weakness specific to Clone, although it may be appropriate to other powers (such as Quantum Construct or Matter Creation) if altered slightly.

Applicable Power: Clone
Description: Through some strange misfortune, you have developed the power to clone your dormed or pre-erruption self. This means that, while your clones can act as an extra pair of hands and have all the knowledge and skill that you do, they have none of the flashy powers or special resistances that you do. In fact, they have no quantum aspect about them at all, appearing as though they were normal baselines in every way.
System: Your clones have no Quantum score. As such, they also have no access to mega attributes, quantum powers, a nova metabolism, etc. They also have no quantum pool. If the character has dorm, then the clones are dormed versions of the character. Otherwise, they appear either as the character would with a single dot of Dorm, or as their pre-erruption selves.

I like this but have some questions/comments.

1) How much of a weakness is this? Minus 2?

2) If a character has clone and dorm, AFAICT there is no reason why a clone can't dorm under the current rules. Clones don't have the clone power, therefore they don't maintain themselves and they stop existing if and only if their creator dorms (or dies, or whatever).

Yes, I think this works fine as a 2 point weakness. While having a clone with no quantum powers might seem extremely limited, I've found that it is actually a very versatile and useful ability.
