What is generally known: Neil Preston is the son of Craig Preston (aka Preston), the Precognative Cop from Boston. Neil’s eruption was caused by his attendance of the DeVries elite, Vile Bill, who had willed the young man a million dollars and a complete collection of Playboys. Since that time, he has gained his medical degree in rapid fashion from John Hopkins Medical Center, and has elected to walk-the-world. He has put up a pumping station in the Australian outback, worked at a clinic in Mumbai, and lectured on physiology in Addis Ababa. Despite any movement abilities (besides his own two feet), Neil has the knack of finding rides to all corners of the globe.
