Appearance:
Noir is an attractive woman who looks to be in her very early 20’s. She is a slender, standing roughly 5’6” with short, black hair and dark red highlights. Her dark eyes, which are surrounded by black eyeliner, are shielded by her black framed glasses half of the time. Her skin is fairly pale, though not stark white.

She has several piercings, ranging from her various piercings in each ear to the ring that is pierced through the middle of her bottom lip. From the looks of her, she probably as other, less apparent, piercings as well.

She tends to dress in a combination of alternative/goth/punk fashions. Try as they may though, the loose, black clothing, make-up and wide array of piercings do little to hide her natural beauty, the most striking feature of which is her eyes.

At times, the use of her quantum abilities causes some form of ‘black electricity’ to arc and dance across her body.

Known Powers:
The nova know as Noir is apparently a potent entropy manipulator which also seems to have had some affect on her mind and perceptions. She has demonstrated the ability to transfer wounds from another to her own body and then heal them with great speed. Devices seem to breakdown or are repaired with a thought and she seems to affect probability for good and ill with a whim.

Her entropic abilities also seem to grant her some special insights, allowing her to find connects between seemingly random events, correlate massive amounts of information and predict the statistical outcome of events with accuracy. Her mind seems to operate with great speed and at a higher level than normal. Her memory seems near perfect and languages seem to come naturally to her, though she does seem to also have a degree of mental instability, possibly due to her new perceptions.

Her reflexes and coordination seem to exceed human levels, though it is theorized that this not due to anything muscular, but rather due to her perception of statistics. Avoiding a bullet by staying clear of the statistically predictable trajectories of fire, for example. In addition, her body seems to better withstand entropic energies as well, possibly accounting for her rapid healing.

Possibly the most disturbing manifestation of her entropy manipulation is the apparent ability to overwhelm targets with entropic energies, causing wounds to spontaneously appear all over the victim’s body regardless of protective energy fields, body armour and the like. The full extent of this ability is unknown, but certainly cause for concern.

More recently, Noir has demonstrated some form of teleportation. Exactly how she accomplishes this is unknown, though it is theorized she makes a break or tear in space/time and seems to arrive at her new location quite cold.

Known Facts:
Very little is known of the nova called Noir. She seems to have no memories of her life before eruption and claims no citizenship of any country. She does not, in fact, exist in any records. It is theorized that this is due to a change in at the time of eruption, effectively erasing her prior self both mentally and physically.

Noir is most often spotted in major cities in France, The United States and the UK, generally attending alternative, goth, punk and fetish bars/clubs.
