Appearance: Hideki is a handsome young Japanese man. His muscles are well-toned and it is very easy to see that he is an athelete. His black hair is cut short and his Cerulean blue eyes are the same color as his Father's. When he wasn't in school he dressed casually in jeans and a sport themed t-shirt.

Powers: Hideki possesses superhuman strength dexterity and stamina. He's a very charming young man and seems to be able to defuse bad situations easily.

Notes: Hideki is the son of Ryu Hideyoshi (Long) and Noriko Asano. When Long errupted and left with Shen-Kahn he left his old life behind. That includes his girlfriend Noriko, who was pregnant at the time. She has been working at a research lab in Tokyo since shortly after Hideki was born. She spent less and less time with him as he grew up, her work was always put before him. Her long hours allowed them to live in a fair degree of comfort. His mother gave his life only a passing glance, maybe a "How are you dong in School?" every now and then. All she seemed to care about was that his studies were maintained and that he was eating well. Hideki errupted during a track meet brawl. Various members of the teams began to accuse each other of cheating and began brawling. As Captain, Hideki tried to break up the fighting and was attacked by several members of the opposing teams. He felt a great pain in his head as he errupted. After fending off his attackers he used his newfound ability to soothe brawlers and regain some control over the team. His mother was onsite in ten minutes and she spirited him away to her research facility. After only a few weeks she told him about his Father and how he was going to have to stay with him now, because she could not take any more time from her project. Hideki always listened to his mother, and so He made contact with his Father and has lived with him since.
