Known Facts:
It is the policy of the Department of Defense to treat information regarding its nova forces as sensitive and kept on a need to know basis. However, appearances matching the description of “Troy” indicate he’s been active duty roster in the DoD for at least 14 months with his first appearance being a blurry recorded image from an operations in St Louise, Missouri, allegedly to capture a Terat terrorist in the area.

He’s been identified as present in five separate events on American soil since that time, likely involved in more overseas though no official names or information was released until SOU conflicted with Team Tomorrow-America during an operation outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. Details are sketchy but T2M operatives were airlifted or transported by quantum powers to medical facilities immediately afterwards. At the press conference afterwards, administration officials released the names of three novas assigned to SOU and characterized the confrontation as a “misunderstanding” and “communications short-fall” between US Agencies and Project Utopia. A grudging apology was sent by email to Team Tomorrow Director Caestus Pax by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Alexander M. Jackson.

Twice this year a nova matching the description of “Troy” has been reported by on-scene journalists as killed in action only to be contradicted by official sources afterwards. There's a rumor circulating he was offered employment with Devries after an incident in Egypt and threw the recruiter's car two blocks into the sea as his answer.

Powers:
Information from the Salt Lake City incident indicates “Troy” dealt with the T2M telepath and empathic manipulator along with her two nova body guards. What little evidence survives the sanitization of official operations indicate his strength is well beyond human norms and he's capable of resisting significant levels of damage.
