Resplendent Shine is an icon of the media. Her face has been seen on TV, Opnet, Print magazines selling a wide array of products, such as: toys, health and beauty care items, clothing, make-up, cars, and home entertainment systems.

Shine is 5'3" tall, with long blond hair, bright blue eyes, the clearest of complections and has widest and most inviting of smiles. She erupted during a baseline "young teen" beauty contest, where it is assumed the driving urge to win triggered her body to change. She gained an almost unearthly beauty, and a level of charm and persuasion to match. She was taken to a nearby Rashoud facility, where no further overt powers could be determined. At her parents urging Cathy charmed her way out of the facility before further tests could be completed. Wasting no time, her parents set up the Resplendent Advertising company, with Cathy as its key asset. After several years of working for her parents, Shine has severed ties with her family, and as acting as a free agent, pursuing a career in music recording. The Tabloids tell a tale of iron-fisted control, millions of dollars either mismanaged or hidden from Shine's control, and many heated arguments. Resplendent herself has declined to comment.
