Exact DOB and DOE not really widely known, erupted recently and is in her early twenties.

5'2'' tall Japanese woman with glowing gold eyes with seemingly no pupils. Generally seems to wear brightly coloured kimonos and minimal make-up, even in public appearances.

Not much is known about Chiteki Hoshiko, because she doesn't really make many public appearances outside of the scientific community. However, posessing the uncommon power of opening wormholes that connect one spot with another has garnered her some attention. Deaf and dumb since childhood, eruption didn't, strangely enough, fix her condition, what's more, it seemed to do something to her eyes, because she needs to wear glasses over the gold-glowing orbs. She can use sign language if the situation requires it, but her communication issues are taken care of by Ryo, a young Japanese man that introduces himself as Hoshiko's interpreter, manager and lawyer (and by the way they act around each other, it is rumored they also have a romantic relationship of some sort). She doesn't use sign language with him, or even seem to communicate with him in any way, yet he apparently talks for her. When asked about this, the only answer he (or she) gives is a smile and "Do you need to move your fingers to talk?"

She works at Utopia's Science and Development department, specifically, she researches the nature of the quantum forces that novas manipulate when they use their powers, and the possibility of making machines that can influence the world in similar ways. She's been known to sometimes help the law enforcement divisions of the organization by warping them to their destination, but she never gets close to any sort of violence herself, she is once known to have said "Fighting is unfortuantely necessary to keep this world running, but I don't want anything to do with it, if at all possible".

As an added note, nobody seems to have any idea on the location of her residence. She always warps there, doesn't answer any questions, and pays anyone who knows very well to keep the secret. It is unknown whether she simply values her privacy or if she has something to hide.
