Maxwell Purrell was an obsessed young man. Obsessed with becoming a nova. The world only respected novas now a days. But, in his heart he was a bit of a coward. Jumping in front of a car, or lighting himself on fire simply wasn't within him. So he compensated. He lifted weights, studied martial arts. He pushed himself harder than a person really should. But it was never enough. He'd never be as strong, as good looking, as...powerful as a nova. It was too much for him. He broke down, screaming and clawing at his hair and skin, shouting to the heavens.

And then time stopped.

When he arose he was everything that he thought life owed him. He was Ultimax. And he would find a place that would give him the money and the adoration that was his due.


Public Data: Ultimax signed on with the XWF and spent the next few months training with them. He's quickly gained the reputation backstage of being a bit too big for his britches but the front office seems to think he has potential to pull in some good money.

His first match was April 7th, 2016 against El Hombre Magnifico, a Black Circle fighter with more losses than wins to his credit. The fight was located in Miami, FL and called "Spring Break, Smash and Crush"
