This fic is follow-up on Tekk One's piece in the Aberrant Fiction section, entitled A warning to CoMA...and this thread is to work out the OOC details and permissions and the like.

Quite frankly, I wonder if its even worth getting involved with, or even acknowledging as having actually happened if the player of Tekk One is even willing to consider the possibilities of the character being detected and charged with the crime, even if he isn't captured.

This is one reason that I think Chicago events kind of now need consent, just based off the number of characters these stories effect.

It's been nearly a month and the WCK don't appear to have followed up on a major terrorist attack that happened right under their noses.
