This time around we have a narrowing of a question from the first poll as well as something new regarding the "activation" of arbitration in an interaction and those who started/organized the interaction. For simplicity's sake, I will use the term "thread author" in the poll, but it includes the idea of multiple people organizing an interaction and it is not necessarily defined as the person who posted first. This poll will be open until 10:00 PM Thursday, September 14th.

Finally tallies, eight votes for thread participants being able to choose any arbitrator they wish and four votes for the participants having to select arbitrators from a list. Six votes for "thread authors" needing to approve of arbitration and seven votes against.

So to date:

• Arbitration can be initiated if an absolute majority of participants in an interaction call for it.
• Interaction participants can choose anyone as their arbitrator.
• Thread authors do not need to vote in favor of arbitration for arbitration to begin.

I don't have a poll immediately prepared for the Arbitration topic since we have yet to have anything definitive about mitigating circumstances. So get talking. :p
