The majority of votes for the rate of experience was on a monthly basis and a large number of the voters explicitly wanted a monthly (as opposed to bimonthly or something else) system. But in the interests of being careful, the first question of this poll will be to clarify if we want monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, or semiannually. For the second question, I will lay out some potential values for experience to be rewarded during each period; I suspect we will need a runoff poll on this later. The third question will deal with when experience is rewarded. This poll remain open until 10:00 PM Saturday, September 16th.

You could simply take an average of all the votes. Unlike most other issues this is one where the difference can be split. For example if there is a tie between 3 & 5 then we could average that out to 4 (since that would be the closest thing to an answer that everyone agrees to).
