Capbilities:
Largely unknown at present. Subject possesses some form of extrahuman offense and possible transport abilities. It is likely that subject does not understand his own abilities and is using them largely involuntarily thus far. See attached photographs.

Case History:
Only child of Suvar "Kalishnikov" Prokofiev (dec. of 07/2007, see attached St. Petersburg Police file) and Tasha Roskaltsin (dec. of 02/2001, see attached Grozny Police file). Suvar had a thorough criminal record dating back to 1980 including robbery, extortion, kidnapping, rape(1), murder(3), mayhem. At 35, began dating Tasha Roskaltsin, 15. Both mother and father known for ties to Sergey Mikhalov (see InterPOL file #008654B3) via Izmailovskaya.

Per Grozny Police, Suvar attacked and killed Ms. Roskaltsin in their home on the evening of 12 February, 2001. Their son, Sascha, was reportedly in the room at the time and was made to watch the event by his father, who reported that he "thought it would teach him how to treat a [woman]."

In July 2004, Sascha was turned over by his father to Zakhar "Shakro" Kalashov (see InterPOL file #008434D4) who forced him to work at the "Comfort House", an underage brothel in Grozny.

Subject spotted in Zavodskoy region of Grozny at 1354 MCT on 21 Nov 2008, near the Grozny Medical College campus. Subject was spotted in "military boots and a big, wool jacket with metals (sp)."

No further information at this time. Investigation currently in process and open, pending further information.

CoA:
Remain safe distance from subject until more can be discerned about capabilities. Attempt to monitor subject remotely for next 72 hours, pending review at that time. Attempt to keep non-Utopia personnel from intervening.

Powers/Weapons: Weak telekinetics, personal obfuscation confirmed, but other abilities are possible to yet emerge. For his age, Sascha is an accomplished combatant and an expert marksman, though his capacity for employing these abilities is hampered by psychological trauma.

Director Notes:
Sascha was found and rescued 27 November 2008 by another nova identifying himself on an an OpNet chat forum as 'King Felix' (see case file 000-04T). Was in custody for approximately 60 hours before being delivered by his rescuer to the Miami Rashoud Clinic (see appended notes).

CoA:
Observation recommended. This kid is best left in the Project's hands for the moment, since they'll take care of his naturalization and give him the therapy he'll probably need for the rest of his life. No outwards signs of taint thus far and his rather unique background suggest that in time he might make a candidate for work with the company, but the likelihood of him achieving that level of functionality while avoiding taint and not hitching his wagon to somebody else remains goddamn low. Still, let's keep an eye on him. You never can tell.
