Strength Level: Motley possesses a level of physical strength comparable to a baseline human who engages in moderate regular exercise.
Known Quantum Powers: Though almost completely harmless, the sporadic and unpredictable manifestations of Motley's unique quantum abilities are nevertheless visually disturbing, and have been described by witnesses as "looking something like a Dadaist rendition of the Big Bang painted while eating mushrooms soaked in mescaline." She seems to unconsciously project images either into her immediate vicinity, or else directly into the minds of those with whom she interacts, and apparently has difficulty distinguishing between the "real" world and the "surreal" visions she creates. At times, she can also blur that distinction for those around her, drawing them into perplexing and incredible hallucinations that confuse and distort their perceptions. Her appearance, too, changes apparently at random to suit her mood or for no discernible reason at all; she has even been reported to glow, though descriptive accounts of her powers vary widely. Personality: Her personality is as mercurial as her appearance. Rarely, though, does she show signs of intense anger, depression, or other similar behaviours. Instead, she abruptly switches tracks and seems to just gloss the moment over as if it never happened. She both smiles and laughs easily, delighting in evoking those same reactions in others, but there is a conspicuous lack of negative emotion in both her expression and demeanour. In truth, it is these intense emotions that she fears, and thus subconsciously skirts them at every opportunity. She is surprisingly perceptive, but in spite of this her ability to communicate clearly is sorely lacking; some creativity and not a little patience is often required in order to decipher her very liberal use of metaphor and imagery.
