History: Very little is known publically about this nova. She is rumored to be the nova that started a fight in Amsterdam in August of 2016, but enough speculation about whether this is her has stopped law enforcement from moving to arrest her.

What is known is that she seems to have designated herself as the defender of East St. Louis, IL. She was not hired to this position by any city official, but elected herself. She has voluntarily defended the city, including against other novas.

The only clue to her past is a young man tentitively identified as Harrison Ford Forshiem. He appears to known more about her, but what that is has not been made publically known.

Powers: The Morrigan is incredibly fast. She has the ability to cause fear in her opponants. Her powers are blood-related; she usually starts to drip blood within seconds of entering combat, causing an unnatural fear. She creates weapons of blood, which cut with ease.
