What I am considering is using the Mega-Appearance Enhancement (APG pg. 105) Almost Live, but having it be used by an artist it imbue paintings with the same effect as Almost Live. The effect would be based off the artists Wits+Arts successes, instead of the subjects Mega-Appearance successes.
1)Is something like this possible?
2)If so, how can it be done?

It has yet to be approved by the Mods, but it sounds like effectively the same thing.
