This character used to work in a inter-pool/Utopia drug task force. The character of witch was to reduce the size of the drug market. They did this by introducing drugs that had extra compounds that would brake addiction..That was the stateed goal at least.

In practice they would sell drugs that are cleaner.Less ODs and would make sure that there were less bodies on the street. In other words they were more interested in controlling the drug market than reducing it. Any input would be welcome. This largely happened in Europe.

He is a member of the Aberrants, and is "hiding" out in north America. Robin Davidson is not his real name.(cypher is rather high)He is am member of the Aberrant movement. He is training with a cell in the US as it is far away from most of Utopia's houses of power.

Basically, the DEA, FBI, and Interpol have done things like this before, but to little success (no surprise).

Is the basic idea that people over in Utopian Social Sciences and Pharmecology had a brilliant idea and some grunts paid the price?

How would the Aberrants know to recruit him and would he have contacts back inside Utopia now?

How about we let City stand or fall on his own merits?

That would be the best choice I could think of. We just don't have that on the table.

Severed ties with Utopia pretty cleanly. He has some ties but nothing good.

He was aproched because he knows many things about what Utopia does behind closed doors. He is also highly skilled at finding more things out.He knew how Utopia works..Sure many other Aberrants do as but he is both highly trained and motivated to reform Utopia from the outside. He is not all the way trusted but he is not asking or really wanting.IE he is told what he needs to know. The same way as he was before. He is used to it.

So anyone who did not sing the accord have nay questions?

Let;s go over these things.

Some people in Utopian Social Sciences came up with drugs that give the same high but lack the addicitive parts. Other people used this to get into the drug market with good intentions. they wanted to both control and shrink the drug markets. But well money and power.

They do control the drug markets and makes sure less people die..but they aren't really skirnking it.

As for how he knoe whte aberrants, well it is part of his character. He has contacts all over, and was sympathetic to their cause for a wile. He was contacted by them wile still working for Utopia.

He has contacts all over the world, but most in Europe, a dn a few in the US.

Sounds unlikely but not impossible. Also remember that psychological addiction is a problem too.

Remember stuff like the CZ Megasyndicate. There are other organized parties out there providing drugs.
