Updates and other notes.

Carlos, is second in Command of the West coast Branch of FBI department of Nova affairs. His boss is seeking bigger political power, and has left most of the day to day and even some if not most of the big issues for Carlos to run. This department has vast amounts of powers when dealing with nova "threats".

Carlos is a fairly powerful nova,but not overly much so. He has a wide range of megas(read all) but only his physicals are above 2, and his int, and wits are at 2. He can fly, heal, and is really tough.

Catalyst is an unknowing prisoner in a lot of ways. She lives in her nice house, but it is bugged, and she is always being watched.

Catalyst is steadily getting hies in her pay, until she is finally hired for her real job.

She works for a department that is attached to the state government . Said Department for now is her, and the carical staff needed to run the paper work.
