Mr. Kongou is a teacher at Jindai High School. He teaches Cooking and other Home Economics type courses. He ALWAYS wears a black suit and tie. He often wears gloves. He somehow never seems to get his suit dirty, even while cooking messy dishes.

His attitude towards his students is one of a proud but aloof father figure.

He is known to train occasionally in the martial arts, specifically Karate.

Known by the name Watanabe Ayama, she is a good student, and a typical Very Special Teenager (TM). Ayama is smart (but not too smart), athletic (but she doesn't go all out against her classmates) and pretty (enough to be popular despite being new). Ayama's family is poor and so lives outside of Toyko. Amaya lives in a small apartment, maintained by her mysterious sponsor who is sending her to school and, if she does well enough, University. Her focus in school is History, though it is noted that she has a fondness for the Home Economics curriculum. This is considered a fortunate interest by those who tried the brownies she brought to school the first day. Her after-school activities include archery and the Student Council.

Ayama is a bit of a puzzle; rather than going out with any of the popular boys, she gravitated straight for the rather nerdy Morisato Kai. Kai had no complaints, and they have been going steady since the beginning of this year. Those who are in the know speculate that she has sensed his nature and is drawn to him.

And as a last note, I switched her name to something more suitable for the genre. Sorry!

Lillian Archer has a dual challenge at Jindai; not only is she a fresh transfer...but a foreigner! Lily is originally British, having moved over to stay with an aunt and uncle in Japan. Her looks are exotic and gorgeous; fair skin, medium length orange-red hair, and luminous green eyes, not to mention a body one might die or kill for...depending on one's temperament. Past that, the girl is an enigma, with only a foreigner's grasp of Japanese culture (despite being a fluent speaker of the language) and an altogether bizarre notion of food and fashion. And where did she get all that money, anyway?

...even with all that though, why she spends so much time chasing around after Kai may well be the mystery of the ages. Maybe it's a gaijin thing.

Ariel Zebb is an American, making it in Japan as a teachers aide and a sponser of the Kendo Club.

Ariel is a querky young woman, looking about twenty two. She is usually soft-spoken, and is even considered as shy. She warms to people easily, and is know to be able to take charge when the situation is called for it. She tries to fit in with the students, as she definitely does not fit in with the teachers. The racial barrier is rarely a problem, as she speaks Japanese fluently.

Ariel moves from teacher to teacher, subject to subject. The teachers never really mind the help, but some teachers become annoyed at her presence and ability to butt in on conversations. She seems to enjoy the foreign languages classes the most, as on occasions she seems to know more about several countries more than the teachers. She has been seen speaking fluently in Chinese, as well as Japanese and American.

Her skill is unrivaled as instructor in the Kendo Club, and her weapon of choice is the short shinai.

Georgi Illiyev was born and raised in Russia, as evidenced by his name and ethnicity. Although he speaks fluent Japanese, his red hair and round eyes identify this 30 something man as a foreigner.

Having signed on a year ago, Georgi runs the Physical Education program at the school, and he runs it with military precision and discipline. He has recently befriended a particular student at the shool, which is unusual for Georgi. There are rumors that something occurred, in which he demonstrated amazing abilities, but neither of them speak openly about it. If asked, Georgi will not tell of his past or history.

Valerie de Quevedo is a 5'5 half German, Half Spaniard girl with an immense charm that is living in Tokyo, alone in an apartment complex.

She enojoys her days as a somophore (2nd year) student of the Jindai Highschool, she is active in the Student Council as the Secretary of the Council, right under the President and Vice-President. She is also in the Archery team, a raising star with very good aim.

She is a cheerful girl who is always perky and full of energy, but she has horrible luck.
Things break, bad omens happen and she always missed the train in the morning. The other thing about her bad-luck....she is always swarmed by people chasing her, usually just schoolmates or other teenagers trying to hit on her or mother her depending on the gender, it seems she has a natural charm that attracts people to her.

Ryo Murazaki, traditionally Murazaki Ryo, is the adopted brother of Saito Murazaki, and attends Jindai High School in the same class as him. They appear to hang around each other almost constantly while at school.

Ryo is the star pupil in almost every category at Jindai High School with an IQ that is very difficult to pinpoint. He even excels in gym class despite his scrawy build.

Nothing is really notable about Ryo, other than the fact he hardly talks to anybody other than Saito, and he obviously despises being at school. The only times he appears to open up is to the fellow members of the Judo, Akido, and Kendo clubs he recently signed up for, openly admitting he will drop the two he excels in the least.

Saito Murazaki is a bit of an enigma when it comes to the rest of the student body at Jindai High School. Half the student body doesnt know what to think and the other half is scared out of their minds. Calculated attacks on those who would intrude upon the school grounds and demolition of suspicious items can all be traced back to Saito Murazaki. Saito has been given special clearance by the studen council president to carry a weapon on school grounds and is granted permission to attack anyone who is deemed as a threat to school safety. The student council president has stated that he has complete trust in Saito's abilities to protect the school and it's students from the violent crimes that have been discovered in Tokyo recently.

Despite the fact that Saito is viewed as dangerous by the majority of the student body, a small group of people are seen conversing with him on a regular basis. The first is Saito's adoptive brother Ryo. The second, is the student council president himself and finally, there is a small group of girls who can be seen following him around but they do not speak with him directly.

Haruki Takahashi was always in the background, until two or three years back. He was never super popular, but was never alone. He always seemed to have a girl liking him, but never acquired a following. He was pretty for being so average. One day he began wearing dressed-down suits and seemed to make friends with ease. It became known to most people as he climbed the social ladder that he had much more money than he had ever led on to have.

He has a steady girlfriend of several years, is friendly with most people in the school, works for Satoshi industries, and is a young and aspiring magician. Haruki can pull magnificant illusions seemingly at will with absolutely no preparation. He has been absent from school as of late due to his recent placement with Satoshi industries. It is unknown why he has taken up residence at Satoshi, but it is no secret that he is there. He still talks regularly with his girlfriend.
