I have an 18k black and white image which is 150 by 120 which I need to get equal or under 8k. Can someone give me some pointers on how to do this in Photoshop 5?

Maybe reduce the color depth (It may be in 256K color mode & you might be okay going down to something like 16 color mode). I've never used Photoshop so I don't know how practical that suggestion is but...

What's the file extension (.jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .psd, etc.), and is there any way for me to see the image? If so, I might be able to show you how I tweak my own images for avvies and such.

I'll do that later tonight. I'm stuck at school working on a midterm, and now I get to go and run a game for the LARPers.
